1. We may split your order into multiple separate packages or ship from different warehouses for each order you place with us. We consider factors such as order size and destination to ensure prompt and secure delivery.
2. We will deliver the ordered goods to the address provided by you at the time of your order.
3. You become the owner of the goods you have ordered once they have been delivered to your specified delivery address. Once delivered, we assume no responsibility for    any loss or damage to the goods, and ordered goods are not returnable.
4. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control. In addition to the estimated delivery times below, please be aware that an extra 5-6 days for domestic orders and 6-9 days (or more) for international orders might be added before tracking numbers become available. This additional time is required for your order to be prepared for secure and discreet delivery and is subject to dispatch limits imposed by the carriers.

LIABILITY

1. For security reasons, refunds are generally issued in the form of store credit. In exceptional cases, a cash refund may be offered, but it will only be processed in Bitcoin or Litecoin, regardless of the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
2. In case of missing items, package loss or seizure, refund can be offered in store credit only, no exceptions.
3. Free products, acquired with Bonus Coins cannot be refunded or reshipped.
4. If you do not receive the purchased goods within 30 days of the order date for domestic shipments, or within 60 days for shipments from abroad, you must notify us in writing at our contact address.
5. If the delivered goods are damaged in any way, do not match your order or if the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving the order. Failure to notify us within this timeframe releases us from any obligation to provide a remedy or verify any claim. If notification is made within the specified period, our obligation will be to reship the correct items. If the items are not in stock, we will refund the value of the missing items as store credit only.
6. To ensure prompt and accurate resolution of any issues with your order, any claim regarding missing, damaged, or incorrect items must be accompanied by clear photographic evidence. This includes: a photo of the received products (clearly showing their condition) together with the shipping label from the package in which the items were delivered. Please note that without this required photographic documentation, Steroidify reserves the right to decline any request for investigation, replacement, or compensation.
